Jin Sung

CEO, OASIS Center International, Board Chairman

Jin Sung is a dynamic community leader with a diverse portfolio of impactful initiatives. As the Founder and CEO of OASIS Center International, CEO of EPICENTER Foundation, and Lead Pastor of OASIS Christian Church—all 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations—Jin’s leadership reflects the power of vision, dedication, and sustained commitment to community development.

Jin’s journey underscores the profound impact of visionary leadership in advancing empowerment and change. Her mission began with a strong commitment to empowering underprivileged children through creativity, responsible citizenship, personal growth, and artistic expression. The center of this mission is OASIS Center International, which, since its establishment in 2012, has served youth in low-income communities throughout California through the transformative power of the arts. OASIS Center International provides a platform for self-expression and personal development, empowering young individuals to explore their potential and cultivate their talents.

In response to the economic challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Jin established the EPICENTER Foundation in 2020 as a HUD-approved housing counseling agency dedicated to supporting economic development needs, particularly in underserved communities. Jin’s work focuses on bridging the corporate sector with underserved communities, championing minority access, advocating for social justice, and promoting corporate social responsibility. Her leadership continues to inspire and drive positive change across multiple sectors.

As a civic and community leader, Jin currently serves on various advisory boards, including those of T-Mobile, Umpqua Bank, Citizens Business Bank, and PG&E. She also leads the Advocacy Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility (AACSR), a joint minority-parties coalition representing the voices of more than 1 million people in California. AACSR’s core advocacy initiatives focus on corporate social responsibility, economic and community development, environmental sustainability, and equitable access to resources for underserved communities through public policy engagement, community outreach, and strategic partnerships.

Jin also served as a founding member of the National Diversity Coalition until 2022. In addition, she has served on the community boards of Charter Communications, Frontier Communications, The Capital Corp, Royal Business Bank, Faith and Community Empowerment, the Public Policy School of Azusa Pacific University, and the MSM program at Saint Mary’s College of California.
